1. General Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality repair and refinishing services. If you are
not satisfied with our work, please review our refund policy below.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- Service not rendered – If you cancel your appointment
at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are
eligible for a full refund.
- Unsatisfactory work – If the service provided does not
meet the agreed-upon standard, we will attempt a free correction. If the
issue persists, a partial or full refund may be issued
at our discretion.
- Material defects – If the materials used in your
service show defects within 30 days, we will provide a
repair at no additional cost or issue a partial refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind – If you decide you no longer want the
service after it has been completed.
- Damage caused by improper use – If the repaired or
refinished surface is damaged due to misuse, neglect, or external
factors (e.g., harsh chemicals, impact damage).
- Late cancellations – If you cancel your appointment
with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of
$50 - $100 will apply, and no full refund will be
issued.
4. Refund Process

service completion.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the
original payment method.
5. Emergency Repairs
Due to the urgency of emergency repair services, all emergency
repairs are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
However, if there is an issue with the repair, we will offer a free
correction within 7 days of service.
